Meet Coach Kris

I'm Kris - a Fitness Coach with a Master's degree in Exercise Science and nearly two decades of experience helping women feel strong, confident, and safe in their bodies. My coaching blends science based training with compassionate support, giving women the clarity and confidence they deserve.

Before launching Train Your Body Fitness fulltime, I spent years building a successful career in Corporate America. During that time, I trained clients before sunrise, worked a full day, and coached again at night - because helping women feel strong lit me up in a way nothing else did. Eventually, I followed that pull and built the business I always knew I was meant for.

Over the years, I've coached women through every stage of life - from beginners taking their first step back into movement, to busy professionals juggling everything, to women navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. I've also supported women returning after injuries, long breaks, or seasons where they felt disconnected from their bodies.

My approach is simple:

Form is the foundation. Support is the structure. Accountability builds consistency. Confidence grows every step of the way.

I don't believe in intimidation, pressure, or "no pain, no gain." I believe in teaching proper form, building strength safely, and helping women understand their bodies so they can move with confidence - not confusion.

What I love most about this work is the transformation that happens beyond the workout. When a woman feels strong in her body, everything in her life shifts - her energy, her mindset, her strength, her sense of self. Watching that shift happen is the greatest privilege of my career.

I've had the honor of coaching incredible women who have become like family, and I'm grateful every day for the opportunity to help each one feel stronger, more capable, and more grounded in her body.

Why I Train Women

Women deserve a space where they can feel strong, capable, and supported - without pressure, confusion, or intimidation. Too many women have been handed random workouts, pushed past their limits, or made to feel like they're doing everything wrong. I train women because I want to change that experience.

I'm especially passionate about supporting women through the seasons of life that often get overlooked - pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. These transitions come with real physical and emotional shifts, and women deserve guidance that feels safe, informed, and empowering.

My mission is simple: To help women feel safe, strong, and empowered in their bodies again.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in the belief that women deserve training that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to their real lives -not rushed, intimidating, or confusing. Every session is designed to help you move with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Form is the foundation. Support is the structure. Accountability builds consistency. Confidence grows every step of the way.

You'll always feel guided, never pushed. Encouraged, never overwhelmed. Supported, never alone.

My goal is simple: to help you build strength that lasts, confidence that carries into your life, and a relationship with movement that feels empowering, sustainable, and truly your own.
