If you are looking to get into the best shape of your life, then look no further. Once you contact me I will start your training program off with a fitness assessment that is personalized for your fitness goals.
The fitness assessment provides me with your fitness level before we start your training program. It shows you and me as your trainer where you were when you started your training program and how you are progressing as we continue to work with each other. It also shows if you hit a plateau and your training program and/or your diet needs to be changed.
The fitness assessment is a series of measurement that determine physical fitness. There are several standard tests in fitness assessment. The main fitness assessment evaluates body mass index, resting heart rate, blood pressure, aerobic fitness, body composition, lung capacity, flexibility and strength.
I will work with you to help you meet your personal fitness goals starting with a fitness evaluation. With the fitness evaluation, I record body fat composition using an body fat caliper, take body measurements, weight, and test flexibility, strength and aerobic capacity. During this process I also review health and activity history. This evaluation is then used to help determine the best exercise regimen for you.
