Let’s take exercise out of the house, gym, office and into the PARK!
Train Your Body Fitness Exercise In The Park is a program designed to take you outside, get you moving, train you for strength and endurance.
Exercise with us to get your body moving and kick start your body into shape. Come exercise with a fun group of people while you burn calories, loose inches, build strength and learn at the same time.
Every shape, size, age and fitness level is welcome! There are no limitations! Especially no judgments!

We will meet at a different park in Union County.
Everyone is responsible for arriving on time.
All Exercise sessions are scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (this is subject to change according to the group. I will keep it flexible and try to accommodate everyone).
Everyone must wear supportive sneakers and workout clothes.
The Exercises are progressive and will overtime create strength and endurance.
Exercising In The Park take place every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m, and Saturday at 9:00 a.m..
Exercise In The Park events are all $15 per session or $10 a session if paying for month in advanced and will take place in different Parks in Union County. Please email me or fill out the contact form for more information and to find out which park we will be at.
