Meet Kris

I received my Masters of Science in Exercise Science and have been working as a Full Time In Home Personal Trainer in Northern and Central New Jersey. I’m fully insured, and am certified by the American Red Cross in First Aid and CPR-AED.

Although I knew fitness was my passion and being a Personal Trainer was what I wanted to do with my career, I have had a lot of success throughout my career in law and finance. I worked full-time and trained clients early in the morning and after work. I left the corporate world and devoted myself full-time to my own fitness business – Train Your Body Fitness.

I am a member of online forums, organizations, networking groups, have worked with competitive bodybuilders, athletes, fitness models, musicians, professional coaches. I offer you a valuable assess EXPERIENCE. I have trained clients from Senior Citizens, high level executives, teenagers, young children, pre-natal and post-natal women, mommy and me, pro-athletes, housewives, celebrities, people with disabilities, injuries and illnesses. Every client that I have worked with is ecstatic with his or her results.  My Personal Training methods are practical, functional, and effective techniques that EVERYONE can do.
