Train Your Body Fitness offers Online Personal Training. Clients meet with Kris from anywhere to workout  online. The  training sessions are designed specifically for each individual.

Clients meet Kris online from a location of the clients choosing home, office, gym, outside, while on vacation or business trip. The training sessions are one hour each and range from one to five days a week depending on the client’s goals and availability.

Clients like the idea of meeting her online for training sessions and see results from the workouts that she delivers.
