The question that never gets settled – Is it better to exercise in the morning or at night?
You can use research to try and figure it out (before breakfast cardio helps you burn more fat! Early evening you have more power and strength to lift heavier!) but the answer is pretty simple. The best time to work out is whenever you can do it. Most of us have jam-packed schedules that making the most of the minutes in our day worth it. Most people binge watch Netflix, DVR shows or hit the snooze button. The number one reason people don’t exercise is lack of time, yet you watch hours of TV every day. That does not make sense. Does it? Everyone is strapped for time – but the busiest people who are motivated and willing to be creative exercise daily and keep it consistent.
Stay at home moms, executives, actors, athletes, authors, and work from homers, can all find time to exercise with their crazy schedules and make it a habit. There are things you can do whether it is the first thing you do in the morning or the last thing you do at night.
- Do some form of exercise
Exercising in the morning before you start your day does not get in the way of you getting your sweat on. This is because you have no distractions with your busy schedule. You don’t have to worry about how to fit in your work out. Once you get it out of the way you don’t have to worry about how to fit it into a crazy schedule. (Shopping, work, appointments etc.)
- Lay your work out gear out
The night before layout your workout gear so when your alarm goes off you don’t have to think about what you are going to wear. You have all the time in the world to change your mind the night before.
